🔒 Our core privacy guarantee: Most of our tools process files entirely inside your browser. Your documents, images, and data are never uploaded to our servers unless explicitly stated.

1. Information We Collect

DevriQ Tools is designed to be privacy-first. Here is what we do and do not collect:

  • We do NOT collect the files you process. PDF, image, and document processing runs inside your browser (client-side WebAssembly/JavaScript) or via ephemeral edge functions with zero data retention.
  • We DO collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance monitoring. These logs are automatically deleted after 30 days.
  • Tool usage counts (which tools are used, how many times) are collected anonymously - no personal data attached.
  • Ratings you submit are stored with an anonymous browser fingerprint to prevent duplicate spam.

2. Client-Side & Edge Processing

When using utilities such as the PDF Merger, Image Compressor, or JSON Formatter, your browser downloads the execution code once and performs the computation locally.

Your data never touches remote databases, ensuring complete confidentiality for sensitive contracts, personal photos, and proprietary code.
